A few years ago I was being
constanty approached in my traditional coaching business, by small
business owners who valued my experience and really wanted my
advice, but were seeking a low cost alternative to me visiting them
for several hours a time showing them how to achieve their business
goals.
This type of coaching is aways going to be expensive! So
I sought a way to meet the needs of owners with limited
resources, whilst still providing the premium level of
advice demanded by my larger clients.
The answer was to take everything I said
face-to-face with these clients and turn it into an online program, with
the structure such a program requires, but also flexible
enough to meet the diverse needs of owners.
Just providing passive information is not enough.
Owners need direct support as well, to translate this information
into their own business situation. If they could do it own their
own, why woud they need a coach?
So I had to throw out all the traditional approaches to
business coaching when I created the Australian Business Coaching Cub to
provide the support owners like you were searching for. Other coaches
said:
"If you charge less than
$300 per hour, you will go broke. How on earth can you offer business
coaching for less than $300 per month. It can't be done!"
Well, Yes It Can!!
Now let me go back and introduce myself. I am Dr Greg
Chapman. You may not of heard me before, but thousands of business owners
